Getting to know me in a few questions and a few photos :)

1) How old are you?

I'm 52, but really do feel about 29 inside.

2) Are you married or single?

I am in a long term relationship with Dave. We have been together for over two years now.

3) Do you have children?

Yes I have two, Steven who is 29, and Suzanne who will be 28 in a couple of weeks. They are my greatest loves, pride, and just about my everything.

4) What do you like to do, hobbies etc?

I spend a lot of time on my computer. I love to read blogs, and hunt for bargains, but I also love to hunt down alternative media to see what is really happening in the world.

5) Where is your favourite place for a holiday?

So far it is probably India. I went to Goa last year and loved everything about it, the people, the culture, the way of life. But I also love the Bahamas as I was lucky enough to spend six weeks there a couple of years ago. And of course Disney World in Florida, it is just a magical place, even for adults, and so far I have been twice and would love to go back.

6) What has been your favourite job?

Definitely when I worked in a women's refuge. I loved getting to know the  women who came to stay and helping them move on with their lives. Many tears and many laughs were had at that job.

7) What is important to you?

Of course my loved ones, they are at the forefront of my mind in every decision I make. But, trying to make the world a better, fairer, place is also very important to me. Currently, due to many things, that only involves signing petitions, spreading information on important things, and trying to give what I can to charity.

8) What's your favourite colour, perfume, band, and TV show?

Blue. Victoria's Secret Divine (just wish it was easier and cheaper to get here in the UK) Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band equally. It would be like choosing between my children to only name one!
I love my soaps, Corrie is probably my favourite though, I am from Manchester after all.

Riding an elephant in Goa. One of the best days of my life so far. Elephants are my favourite animal so this was a big deal for me.
